Nurvo Ai is an analytics tool. It reads public data from Robinhood Chain and outside sources and runs fixed rules over it. Every finding is a statement about one measured signal at one block, with its evidence and its limits.

• It is not a guarantee. Data can be missing, delayed or wrong, and rules can miss what they were not written to see.
• It does not rate safety. Passing every rule does not make a token safe, and a fired rule does not prove bad intent.
• It is not investment advice. Nothing here recommends buying, selling or holding anything, including $NURVO.
• It does not identify people. Transfers between addresses are shown as observed; they are never proof of shared ownership.
• No accuracy figure is claimed. None will be until the rules are measured against a labelled set of cases and the method is published.
